ACCE Review:

A – Awareness: focusing your attention in the present moment. Noticing what is happening in your body and the environment around you. Recognition occurs with awareness.

C – Connection: Internally scanning your body for sensations, aches and pains. Actually touching/contacting your body with your hand. Becoming grounded, centered and present. 

C – Curiosity- A strong desire to know something. Inquisitiveness. Noticing with interest, eagerness, lightness, what if? Learning about what we yet do not know.

E– Expansion: Feeling safer, more open, lighter & Conscious.
