What is Curiosity?

When applied to SGR®, curiosity is a quality/aspect/character/condition/element/trait/attribute/essence/genius/property/virtue that takes us deeper. It has a distinct vibration.

Stop for a moment and recall the last time you were curious.

We all have needs. One of them is to be engaged. When it is met, we become curious.

How does curiosity overcome FEAR & JUDGMENT?

Research has shown curiosity to be associated with higher levels of positive emotions, lower levels of anxiety, more satisfaction with life and greater psychological well-being.

Curiosity shifts you into the present moment as you begin to explore where and what you might be noticing in your body.

Why BE Curious?

Although “Be curious, not judgmental” was mistakenly attributed to Walt Whitman, the truth is:

You cannot be curious and judgmental at the same time.
