A – Awareness: focusing your attention in the present moment. Noticing what is happening in this moment in your body and the environment around you. Recognition occurs with awareness.

C – Connection: Internally scanning your body for sensations, aches, pains. Actually touching/contacting your body with your hand. Becoming connected, centered and present to yourself and another. 

C – Curiosity: A strong desire to know something. Inquisitiveness. Noticing with interest, eagerness, lightness, what if? Learning about what we yet do not know by allowing, accepting, and receiving the deeper insights. 

E – Expansion: Feeling safer, more open, lighter, & Conscious.
