Four R’s©

  • Rest your body

  • Relax your mind

  • Relate to your emotions

  • Realign to your Wellbeing within

Now, returning to that place of deep listening, activate your curiosity as we have done together so many times in the past several weeks. Feeling your feet connecting the floor (or using the tool of Letting Go of the Getting Here where you bring your feet into balance), your hips supported by the chair, lean back and feel the presence of your chair which has your back. Now exhale LOUDLY. Breathe in through your nose noticing the temperature of the air. Breathe out through your nose, noticing the temperature of the air. Now ask the question aloud,” What is mine to do?”. Breathe. Then slowly read each of the Four R’s© aloud. Notice what is happening in your body.

Now pick one. Remember, you can’t get this wrong.

Write it to create an intention now.

I intend to ___________________ (whichever one you chose using the pronoun my) with self-awareness, curiosity, and the appropriate tool in this program as I am in grief.
